Oh no Jack, those are from June. It's cloudy and around 45 F in Paris now, and most of the leaves are gone.
I don't know the names of all the buildings either, but: all pics in post #3 are from the Montmartre district ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montmartre ), and your fave photo depicts this statue made by Jean Marais as an homage to Marcel Aymé:
