It is considered an assault when you get in someones face like he did. Why do you think he was arrested. If a protester against Obamacare did that, the left would be patting themselves on the fannies and claiming that this was a good find, little words like "see the evil Obama haters and their violence".

Try to stay with me here, there are words involved. These people belong to La Raza, they are of Mexican dissent, with me so far? They are threatening the white attendees stating they will take over America, still with me? Then they said they will throw the whites out. Do you understand what I meant now?
