Thanks, I wanted to make a central place (hub) to all the videos I have personally watched as they are a great tool and can provide some very useful information in a way that is appealing to some. This list shouldn't confuse people that I personal subscribe to the information contained within them but more or less as a matter of discussion, entertainment, and as you mentioned, a different point of view.

I have seen a lot of documentary films covering many many issues, some controversial, conspiracy theory, and some straight up fact to film. So to end I'd like to invite other forms of films into the thread here that perhaps contradict the films already present. However we haven't had much debate on these films as of yet but it could lead to some interesting discussions.

I appreciate all the attention this thread is getting not for myself but for documentary style films in general and the access the internet has provided to them.

video.google (as well as most other video sites) has a system for finding movies that defy the RIAA or the wishes of the publisher.

The only alternative is P2P downloads which I avoid like the plague.

Good to know. It occurred to me after I posted that this might be at the video store I go to. They are leaning towards more indy shit these days (which I love) I think since Blockbuster is across the street. They are expanding their foreign films and documentary sections. I'll have to remember to tell them I appreciate it next time I go in.

Indeed they are, the local one close to my home actually has quite a selection of these films. I do also like movies that are classified as mainstream but really hit the same nerve as indie and documentary style films, such as; Syriana, Munich, or even V for Vendetta.
