Judge Subpoenas Obama, Original BC, College Admissions, Immigration Records & More

And it doesn't stop there. The Judge named Michael Malihi from Georgia issued subpoenas to Homeland Security and also subpoenaed the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He subpoenaed his passport and Immigration/Naturalization documents. He subpoenaed his certified Selective Service SS-5 form that many have deemed fraudulent. Witnesses have been subpoenaed to testify about the Connecticutt Social Security number he's been using. Obama’s qualifications have been challenged, so Obama has the ultimate burden to convince the fact finding judge that he is legally qualified to hold the office for which he seeks election. There is something going on here that is more important than the subpoena. If Obama fails to produce he could be left off the ballot. If Obama fails to qualify, a majority of the People are going to have strong doubts and make the conclusion he isn't really a natural born citizen. It says this from the article:

"In an order written January 3, 2012, Malihi ruled that Georgia state law is very clear any candidate for federal or state office must meet the qualifications of that office and that Georgia electors have the right to challenge those qualifications in court. As a result, Malihi flatly denied Obama’s motion to dismiss and scheduled a hearing for January 26."

This is why forums have sections called "conspiracy theory" for people who need to push a non fact based agenda.

I think anything "Orly Taitz" oriented has over the last three years earned it's way directly into the conspiracy section.

Goldendog, what happened in Georgia with these subpoenas is not a conspiracy nor is the court date on January 26th of this month. Taitz is not the only attorney that will be there. There are two other cases or challenges to Obama with experienced attorneys arguing for their plaintiffs that the judge will hear.

There is a lot of flakey websites trying to spread some rumors on Obama. You got any credible new agencies with reports on this? I really doubt there is anything credible about this. Trust me I have explored this subject in depth. Even if there was anything credible Obama has done a good job covering it up. At this point he has more to worry about with his record then proving he is a citizen. No candidate would touch this subject with ten foot pole now. They will be talking about what he promised and how much he has accomplished.

Recently, Dr. Taitz has been stating on her website and elsewhere that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi has issued subpoenas related to her Georgia case, and she has even posted images of the subpoenas. Does she really think that people are that gullible? She has done nothing but download pre-signed subpoena forms from the Georgia OSAH website (Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings) that are made available to attorneys involved in cases there. Even nobodies like I know that a Georgia Administrative Court doesn't have the power to subpoena officials from other states! So, how dishonest is it for Orly to represent that Judge Malihi doesn't understand that simple legal principle, and that he is issuing these subpoenas? Even if he did have that power, it would be a lie that his court issued the “subpoenas” that Orly is posting and gloating about. Downloading blank forms and filling them out is not the same as a judge-issued subpoena!

BS..it is based on your and Orly Taitz's belief that an entire group of people are somehow conspiring to make you believe, after everything that has gone on over the last three years, that the President is not legitimate.

at this point in time it is a personal issue for you..there is zero that will satisfy you or Orly Taitz to drop the non-issue.

If you believe at this point the president is in fact legitimate and a huge conspiracy is not behind it then you would not be pushing the imbecilic idea.

That is why it belongs in the conspiracy section.

These so-called experienced attorney's include Orly Taitz does it not?

The only thing you are proving by these threads is that the GOP/Teaparty is scraping the bottom of the barrel intellectually.
