Thread: 3 Separate Ballot Access Challenges Against Obama Filed And Pending In Illinois

Surfing the internet tonight and came across these challenges I will post in links below. I read where a judge has turned Obama's lawyer down who tried to dismiss a ballot access challenge in Georgia and granted the plantiffs who filed a hearing. That hearing will happen later this month. While reading I came across where ballot access challenges against Obama have now been filed in New Mexico, Mississippi and Alabama too. This seems to be a trend that is happening. I don't recall this tactic being used in the 08 election. All of the challenges by these objectors are applying the states election ballot statutes against Obama. It appears every one of these challenges filed are using the Supreme Court case 'Minor v Happersett' as their prime excuse that Obama is not eligible to be on the state ballot as a candidate. Has anyone heard of these challenges?

It's odd the Georgia judge didn't rule in favor for Obama's attorney pertaining to that ballot access challenge? The media took notice of that one and reported it.

If she did, it would have to be in California, the state she lives in. She would have to do it right after the candidate registered to be on the ballot there.

because he's was on the ballot in all 50 states in 2008.

this such a waste of time by those doing this.

Really she was fined by the Supreme court for one of the repeated failed cases she filed in Georgia.
