Edit: Are you arguing that if a church was proven to be violating equal protection laws in re hiring that we could do nothing about it? I don't buy it.

That's exactly what it means.

If a lunatic fringe church decides that the children of Ham were evil, and refused thereby to hire blacks, they're justified and covered by this decision.

(The Mayor didn't bother to check, but he seems to recall something about Ham being black. The ham in the Mayor's fridge is pink, though)

Well, did you not say "racism is ingrained in the human psyche"? I've asked a number of pointed questions about that. Maybe I should have asked what does that have to do with Joe Wilson shouting "you lie!"?

And then, I asked how should that premise affect our laws. You said, it shouldn't but then you also said that there should be no laws protecting people from racial discrimination.

Care to give a straight answer?

I'm struggling to find posts that aren't insults - I'm closing this thread for now.
