That's for bankers and businessess to do and fool taxpayers into forking it over.
The upper cabins and deck house would need to be reinforced and the glass covered up by crappy sheet metal at a minimum, the pirates use RPG's as a primary shock weapon against the structure, as well as deck raking. I would take a few bucks to install press back emergency port holes in all four sides above the water line but below deck that are accomidating to the defensive weaponry, and I'll stick by Barrett Rifles anyday for both knock back power, range and small motor boat destruction capabilities of the .50 caliber slugs. Going pirate hunting with small arms and what was offered in the description is a losing combination.
Most importantly, we would need to be recognized by the UN as a force of Aden pirate hunters, because we don't want to be mistaken for pirates ourrselves.
Wish I had the influence and ship, I'd make an offer to clean up the pirate problem big time. I can't stand pirates. Cowards, all of them, to prey upon people in lawless waters who are trying to earn a living. The crew of those ships don't get as much money as people might think.
