But yeah, this camp is stupid, and hypocritical.

I heard an interview on Firday with the two directors/creators of this film. The talk show host was, surprisingly, (to me since he's such a extreme right-winger), upset with the movie because he said it seemed to him like these two directors were trying to make fun of Christianity. He said the copy of the movie he saw had psychedelic colors and slo-mo when showing kids talking in tongues. And the two directors said that that is not true and something must be wrong with his VCR, (yes, they said VCR!) And he said it presented Christianity as some radical, whacked out religion that brainwashes people. And again these two directors said that they don't know what he's talking about.
One of the directors said she was Jewish. I don't know if that's pertinent or not.

I personally don't want to see it, but if it was shown on TV, I might be curious to take a peek!

Number 1, I am sure most of these are Christian kids. Two, the person showing the clips are being biased and yes, trying to make fun of them. Speaking in tongues is a gift that some receive and most likely the ones they pointed the camera at were of the holiness religion, one group that seeks the gift.
Worshiping the Picture of the President? Looks to me like they were just saying, “ God bless America” not worshiping the man.
Three, nothing wrong with kids receiving Jesus as their Lord and Savior and being on fire for Jesus. In fact, most of them are smarter than most adults.
Four, the liberal media loves to turn things around and try to make this look like something its not.
I have a nephew in a Christian Band. I would rather have him in that then some street gang! Did anything bother me about the short film? Yes, but I would have to see the whole thing or witness it myself to understand or comment because as Christians we must always watch and listen. Just because a group has “Christian” as a title doesn’t always mean what it says.

And they weren't? If they were worshipping America. wouldn't the flag have sufficed?
