Depends. If the Rapture involves Jesus presenting himself, then of course I would. Same goes for bigfoot, and flying saucers. Blurry photos and anecdotes from unreliable people aren't sufficient. But if a flying saucer lands in Central Park, of course I'd believe it was real.

What if you are asleep when it happens and you wake up to see that all of the Christians are gone... Is that good enough to change your mind about Jesus and believe in Him?

Well, the Bible literally says that Jesus will return in the clouds with angels flying around and heavenly saints.
If I saw that physically, without a Christian "interpretation", I may change my mind. But I would also change my mind about seeing Lord of the Rings as fiction if I saw Gandalf the White casting spells and raising people's spirits from the dead.
I don't think either are going to happen.

You should define what YOU mean by the rapture, not all Christians see it the same way. If it's just a bunch of people (the 144,000) who disappear, then it could be nothing more than alien abductions.

Nah, I'd need a bit more than that. There are plenty of supernatural beings capable of such a feat. I'd strive to learn which ones were responsible, if only so I could write the proper thank you notes.

The idea that all Christians are going is pretty much nonsense, I think. There are very loud, self-proclaimed Christians who are NOT Christian by the standards set by Jesus. If the rapture was to happen, I suspect that a lot of people who assumed they were going will wake up still in bed. There are also a lot of good people who are not Christians who would be "caught up into Heaven" if God is just.

The 144,000 seems to have a couple views on who they are.
I don't think that 144,000 is the total number of people who are Raptured.

All of the Christians being gone wouldn't change your mind?! An event in Bible prophecy happening right before your eyes wouldn't change your mind?
