This is a multiple option poll. Just curious as we have had a question about leadership recently. How would you describe yourself?
I would really call myself "detail oriented" as opposed to task or goal oriented. In my view someone who is serious about goals must also be interested in the tasks that achieve them. I see the two as a hierarchy, with goal orientation superior (schematically, not ethically or morally,) to task orientation.
