Morality is a code of ethics predicated on certain philosophical principles which serve as ruling antecedents over a wide range of moral propositions. When your actions affect the ability of another person to live without harm done to them.

Urinating in public is bad.

Being naked in public is not bad.

Smoking weed in someones house when they asked you not to is bad.

Operating a motorcycle without a helmet is not bad.
