Thread: Leaving

I have sent the following PM to the site administrator, Amit.

In a thread started by "global moderator" Boogyman last evening, a number of members objected to both the sources and the content of his post. I posted to that thread, but when I saw your request that any criticisms of the "global moderator" be made to you by Private Message, I immediately ceased participating in the discussion and did as you requested.

You will understand that I was quite surprised to discover, when I signed in this morning, that you had published PART of a Private Message I sent to you in the open forum. I suppose that I should have simply ignored your request for privacy and posted my thoughts there to begin with--at least my full context would then have been available to all members.

Because it is evident that I cannot trust either the "global moderator" or the administrator of this forum to deal with the members honestly and forthrightly, I request that you delete my account from this forum, and that you remove, in so far as is possible all traces of my participation here.

I will be replicating this message in the open forum. After all, it seems the proper thing to do here.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

However, your request will be taken care of in the next few mins.
