I don't see the point in it, but I guess I'll be seen as rude if I don't do it so here it is.
My first name is Gauthier (pronounced Go-tea-a in your barbaric language), I live in Northern France at the Belgian frontier. I'm an office lawyer (meaning I don't go to Courts but just counselling, making acts) in the business domain. I love sushis and my bedroom wallpaper is red.

Not far from where I live, there is the city of Gautier and we pronounce it "Go-chay" - I think you may be right about our language. Hello and welcome from a fellow newbie.
