Good point. I meant to check that bill actually. I pay most of my bills automatically. Have to check and see. It should definitely be lower.

Same. Not much call for AC in Maine. Maybe a week, two at the most, each year.

Predicted high today is 72. I hope this isn't a foretaste of what the summer is going to be like.

Already, we're beginning to hear that dreaded D word here, you know, the one worse than the F word and the N word put together....

    Drought.

    Drought.
Winter has finally arrived in my neck of the woods. Got five inches yesterday, cold and windy for a few days, but then another semi warmup. Glad to finally see some winter, if only for a few days.

Same here. But we have also made to the middle of February. Just a few weeks until March.

By any standard this has been a wonderfully mild winter (particularly for sissy boys like me who hate the cold....)

    Oh, thank god!

Okay, global warming is called off again! It's a farce again! Tell the guys down the hall, too, so they know that it's cold outside again, so global warming isn't real.

    And sissy girls like me!

We were pretty damn cold yesterday. I don't think it got out of the 20s and windy so the wind chill was durn brutal and we woke up to a dusting of snow.
