Well, you can also get JUST the crackers without the filling. I haven't eaten Lance Captain's Wafers SANDWICH variaties in a long time...like ever since I started caring about cholesterol.
But you can get the crackers on salad bars. Of course they're laden with fat, too. But I still love them and I dare say that in a cracker fight, they would kick Saltine's ass.
