So in that case it was a flock of Seagulls that brought it down.

Miracle huh? What a slap in the face to the pilots who landed using cool heads. This was skill and training that got them out of this mess, not a miracle.

Just curious...as Im always am, did you realize the Airbus has a ditch swith wich if activated closes all outward air pressure control valves to make the plane buoyont in a water landing ?
