    Ow.

In a certain sign of ultimate genius, I decided to move the concrete tiles from one side of my yard to the other.

Take that into consideration each time you read one of my posts.

I woke up three days ago with a wonkey neck from sleeping on it. Since then I go to bed each night/day and wake up in a more bizzare twister position and I need a 30 minutes Tiger Balm rub down to be able to drive. I'm the only person I know who needs adult supervision to sleep.

I used to be so bright and full of potential. I turned 30 and now I'm somebody's ridiculous grandpa.

Step 1. Take a long hot shower, don't turn on the fan/vent... let the steam build up.

Step 2. Find someone who will rub you down with various oils and lotions.

Step 3. Suck it up, get dressed, and get over here and start moving some of the heavy crap I have piled up at my house.
Take me home Momma and put me to bed. I have seen enough to know I have seen too much.

Yeah I get the neck thing real bad sometimes. I have discovered your steps 1 and 2 are part of the cure. But add one more thing. The neck hurts to turn real far but that is precisley what one must do to get rid of it. slowly force your head to the extreme and yes painful position. Back and forth. I think the muscles get all cramped. I liken it to geting a leg cramp when running. You have to massage and extend the muscle to get it to finally relax.

Add this moving the neck thing to the hot shower thing.

Step 2.5 - Convince your wife that sex will make your neck feel better (even though it'll probably feel worse, but who cares).

lol It's not that you sleep wrong. You're just misunderstood, like many other sleep geniuses.

Fortunately I was prescribed medicinal sex instead. It doesn't make the back feel better, but I don't care!
