I'm not taking any chances this year. Cornbeef brisket, cabbage with the silver dollar and black eyed peas. The tree (with the german pickle) won't come down till tomorrow and I'm thinking about planting shamrocks around the house.

For the first few posts I was baffled. I don;t know what any of these foods are, nor have I ever heard of anyone eating things on new Years for good luck.
But now thanks to Golwater I'm back on track and my South is rising again.
