Anyone ever order some reasonably priced pepper spray online? One more dumb question, do some of them come with a safety feature (for lack of better terms)?

Oh, pepper spray? But the headline... I thought... (never mind). Well, about the safety feature, I am not sure, but usually when you need to use it there is some guy around, and guys know technical stuff. Ask him?

I'm going to do a jump of amazing logic here but I believe it is so the OP can protect herself. I may be wrong but seriously doubt it.

you can buy a canister for about 8 bucks anywhere.
ebay sells them too.
I have one in the shape of a pen.

Spray comes in two forms, areosole and foam. The good stuff comes in a can that has a plastic button on the top you press to despense it, it's got a "saftey" of sorts, you have to unlock it to spray. I prefer the foam because it doesn't have the tendancy to spray back in your face when you try to apply it in to a wind like the mist does. I've found it at uniform stores, such as the sort that supplies Police and Fire personel. There's probably one close to you.
