It's shown all over the planet - the first ever television broadcast the government of Bhutan permitted in the country was France '98. USA '94 was the most attended sporting event in US history. The USA go into the tournament having qualified top of their group, are on a high after some great performances in the last Confederations Cup, and get to kick off the tournament with a nice, rivalry-laden clash with England. Surely this provokes some interest, somewhere?
