I'm at a stage in my life where I'm re-evaluation my priorities and the way that I approach things. Before, I used to be 'save money first', now, I'm 'have a good time first', and save what you can.
Anyway, I've been comin here for almost a year now, a friggin long time. Political Hotwire has changed in the way I approach it, obviously, but its still here.
So, What is political hotwire to me?
It's a place where I could look for (some) rational discourse on political philosophy (my favorite), always be up to date on the "important issues" (Thanks robodoon and michaelr haha), and just get a general sense of what people think from around the place.
It's also a place where I can go on at 1:23 in the morning, after an unsucessful night of trying to woo women back to my dorm (sigh), and just rant about how much my forearms are sore from the training that I did earlier today.
It's a place where I can post up some of the papers that I have written, and have them reviewed by people who seem to know what they are talking about (johnlocke in particular). I have definately become a better writer after I have joined political hotwire.
There's a few other things, but boy are my arms tired.....
