    I'd be so happy about not having cancer that I wouldn't care about the $$.
    He didn't spend it on medical, right? Then how could he sue the doctors for hom spending it on a good time?

    Reminds me of a movie I saw about a guy who is to commit suicide and document it but then doesn't die in the end. He maxed out his credit cards.
