    Champions League? UEFA Cup?

    Obviously we lack Europeans here

    UEFA CUP semifinals:
    Espanyol -Bremen
    Osasuna - Sevilla

I don't care who wins.. as long as is a Spanish team! 3/4

    Champions League semifinals:
    Chelsea 1- Liverpool 1 (4-1 p)
    Man. United - Milan

Well, I normaly would want Liverpool to win. They have a lot of Spaniards in the team

Champions League and UEFA mean nothing... it's whichever team has the most money to buy the best players. It's a "I'm richer than you" contest.

Good for English football that Liverpool beat Chelsea, otherwise it could turn into a two horse race, such as in Scotland with Celtic and Rangers dominating.

I don't support Liverpool but it would be good if they went on to win the Cup - no love of Man Ure as Newcastle fans call them :whistling: .

My team is applying for the Inter Toto again and probably won't get into that. :hissy:

I'm going to predict that the UEFA Final will be:

    Werder Bremen vs Sevilla.

I think last night Chelsea played appallingly bad....they ONLY needed to score one goal in regular time....Drogba, who in Premiership games has an excellant record of scoring goals....blew it when he was about two feet away from the Liverpool net, and he blasted the ball over the crossbar.

Regarding Liverpool, I'm not 100% sure that Kuyt's goal was actually Offside, I watched the replay of that goal and I'm still confused as to WHO was Offside, because Kuyt certainly WASN'T.

Chelsea's penalties were crap....hilarious that with a few minutes to go in the second period of Extra Time, Geremi was brought on as a substitute SPECIFICALLY to take a penalty....then he goes and misses the penalty.

What happened to Newcastle the other night huh?

NOT that I can talk, considering I support Wigan Athletic

Oh well, my Scottish team Inverness are doing slightly better than Wigan at least *sigh*

I think Milan will just pull one off here. I concur, they've got depth considering United have Ferdinand our injured, they have been leaking goals recently. A Milan win... if United do pull this one off, they'll go ahead to win the cup...

Chelsea - United in the league. Chelsea - United in the FA Cup. Chelsea - United in the UCL. Goodness, speak about an overdose... possibly. But then, though I don't support Manchester United anymore, Jose musn't win at any cost!!!

Milan are winning whopee!! Man U just sicken me!!
Who said that Drogba missed point blank the last day! That's not true! It was that Arsenal heap of crap called Ashley Cole and in fact I think Carrgaher got the touch over the bar.

BTW José is gone. Abromavich won't tolerate this year's shambolic displays.

They are in the finals of all cups this year, are in the second place in the league they may just pull one off in the EPL as well, have won the League Cup, for me only Ferguson takes the spot after Jose - if they fire him... they are just plain stupid...

On the side note, United lost 3-0 - kinda lack of depth in the squad, that's what Fergie said. I don't know... Chelski have like the new galactico squad... they've got good number of English players (thanks to one Mr. Ranieri) and other great foreign talent too. Ballack was one helluva signing...

That was a dreadful non-performance by Manchester United, granted that AC Milan were able to rest six of their players pre-match though.

I think that the terrible weather during the first half did affect the Man UTD performance, the second Milan goal appeared to have been created when, I think, Wes Brown attempted to clear the ball from by the goalmouth and he slipped and that led to Milan's second goal.

Dunno, Manchester is obviously known for it's rain, but the conditions in Milan last night looked like an Asian monsoon, with thunder and lightning included.

Can only recall that Man UTD really only had three shots at goal the entire game....why Alec Ferguson didn't take Fletcher off and bring Alan Smith on instead I don't know.

All in all, the ENTIRE team had an off-day, had they had played like they played last night throughout the Premiership this season, I dare say, they wouldn't be top of the table, they'd be drifting toward 15th or 16th place.

In Athens for the final, I'd have to give the advantage to AC Milan.

Regarding Chelsea, nah I'm sticking by my comments....Drogba missed a sitter, he had a surprisingly bad game, considering in League games, he's one of Chelsea's most consistent goal scorers.

I agree about Ashley Cole, he was below par for Arsenal and has continued that with Chelsea....I don't really consider Cole a serious player actually.

    I suspect that you're a Chelsea fan?

Morinho probably might go to an Italian team....Abrahmovich ONLY seems to care about winning Silverware, I mean, Chelsea are in second place in the Premiership and they've not had a bad season....kind of sad when the owner of the team only seems to care about winning a trophy.

Yup! And I supported them when Vialli was driving them into the ground and all those bad times! Chelsea were a boring, uninspiring team this year I have to admit. They didn't ever look like getting a fucking goal in some games yet were regarded as one of the best teams in Europe. The bad mistake was to let Gudjohnsen and Duff go. The inventiveness has vanished with their departure. Tiago shouldn't have been permitted to leave. So many personnel errors by Mourinho! Abramovich is used to getting what he wants and Mourinho will fall victim of his wrath.

What's this rubbish about weather!! It's the same for both sides and if any team should have an advantage it would be a Prem'ship one, in all fairness! ACs superior midfield should have been impeded by the weather!
