Thread: Why is there nothing on TV?

Ok. Hook a brother.

I'm not really interested in shows where people are voted off for not knowing who played Gilligan or failing to hold their breath or some crap.

I've seen enough 'odd couple cops kung-foo kick against drug dealers who kidnapped the hero's sister by linking arms and kicking in opposite directions'.

The news is boring cause I kind of saw it coming when the war started.

Is there anything on?

Not really. TV is boring for the most part.

I tape alll the shows I watch. I tape 24, Prison Break, Heroes, Smallville, CSI, 'Til Death, OC, Gilmore Girls, Las Vegas, and yes, even American Idol, (even though I haven't watched any of the Idol tapes from this season yet).

And those above that I do tape, I still have alot of unwatched tapes, so I don't really watch TV. I do have alot of movie DVDs and movie Videotapes that I watch when I'm really bored, but I'm not Netflix, Knuckles, so I can't "hook a brother up!"

What can I say... I watch nerd TV. Discovery, History, TLC. Most "entertainment" shows bore the piss out of me & have for years.

If I weren't getting my cable free, I'd not pay for it.

Until I was married two years ago, I didn't even have a TV, anymore. I'd given mine away.


May I suggest Netflix or a similar service? There are literally thousands of choices & my wife & I have been very pleased with the service.

TiVo find one show u like and tivo will go out and find every thing like it
netflix is cool

scrubs,monk,amazing race,24, south park, these are the ones my wife sends me I also like columbo and classic horror films are always a winner
