The US is headed for peaceful or violent revolution soon. This argument is based on a few of simple premises:
Economists can model decreasing marginal returns but cannot model increasing marginal returns. Increasing marginal returns is being able to buy a much better computer for a lot less by delaying purchase for a year or two. This was also true in the late 1800s with Standard Oil and other cases.
