I thought this process was interesting and might help those with tattoos having buyers remorse.
A cream called Rejuvi can be injected into the skin in much the same way as the ink is injected into the top layers of the epidermis to create the tattoo.
Anyway, I had a brief scurry around on the internet, and from user reports on forums (assuming they're not making it all up) it seems to work, but it's neither fast nor painless and can apparently leave nasty scars. I can't find any information on trials to determine how common this is.
