When someone is an employee are they the property of the employer?
When you enlist in the Armed Forces you agree to conform and abide by a code of conduct.
When you became an employee your rights are determined as well by the contract you sign.
Property refers to the legal term used for an inanimate object either real or personal.
Under military law, soldiers are not defined as property just as in civilian life employees are not defined as property.
Now if you want to ask a soldier why they enlist and why they are willing to live a style of life where they are aked to give up certain individual rights you and I take for granted, why not ask one instead of beating around the bush with some and I say this with due respect ment to challenge you not insult you, some dumb ass question you already know the answer to.
Soldiers do not enjoy the rights you do and there is a reason for it. They give up their rights so you do not have to give up yours.
They are willing to sacrifice and live a certain lifestyle so that you do not have to.
