He made a statement against interest claiming credit.
He is listed on the 10 most wanted for other acts of terrorism.
The principals involved, on 9/11, all had close affiliations with his organization.

USATODAY.com - Spanish judge indicts Osama bin Laden, 34 others for terrorism

He may also be included as an unnamed co-conspirator meaning that they know he's involved but can't make the case directly.

Either way the circumstantial evidence is sufficient. He has a past history of similar bad acts (for which he WAS indicted), he has a close affillation with known agents and principals in the attack of 9/11, he made a public statement against interest.

Got any more questions, or are you just going to whip out the looney idea that the administration blew up the WTC?

Nope. Didn't move the goalposts. You asked for an idictment of OBL, I gave you one. Perhaps you should have been more specific.
