Actually, you have to put that in context. He was discussing with Sharpton about how black youths often try to emulate gangsta rappers by acting and talking like them.

Making an observation about how most young black males talk is certainly not racist.

No, it's not racist, but it's ignorant as fuck. He never narrowed his comment to black youths, it was a blanket statement of black culture. And, it's pretty narrow minded. Bill see's what he chooses to see, and he's part of the problem with 'black culture'. Ever see Bill talk about successfull blacks? No, why not? That shit doesn't sell, and if he wants to target a small group and insinuate that it represents the larger group then he should pay the price for his daytime talk show style bullshit.
