at the wages the employer wants to pay.

Your not wrong here FFA, but not complete either. In my field(construction) I paid taxes on my crew, illegals may get comparable wages but the employer, by breaking the law, need not worry about the taxes. Thats why they can under bid me hands down.

And, have you reported your competitors to the INS for employing illegal invaders?

Have you complained to the IRS your suspicions of tax fraud by your competitors?

Have you advertised with "We Don't Use MEX" as one of your slogans?
