Walls and fences won't do shit! It will pave the way for more human trafficing. Everyone screams about the border and the Mexicans. what about the HUGE influx of Asians being brought in the country by human trafficers??

I'm part Crow and Comanche. My Great-Grandparents thought it was better to leave the reservation and join the party. "The firewater sucked but at least we didn't have to keep moving to chase the food over the next mountain range. In the mean-while, we were allowed to keap our heritage and culture without having to pay for it. Not a bad deal."

Hurricane alley. That was my last visit to the E most point of the OBX with a great friend. It was snowing there at end of April. My permanent location is 33' S and almost a full 3°27' W. But I'll be back in Rodanthe not too long from now

...and I'll be on Ocracoke Island in two weeks. Good to see some of the few that know OBX. Just don't spread the word, I'd hate to see it turn into Va. Beach.
Richard Gere just finished filming a movie in Rodanthe & Hatteras. Based on a best selling novel (chick flick) by a local author. Nicholas Sparks?

yes. Nicholas Sparks. A Night in Rodanthe or True Believer.

The chances are that I don't agree with this and, in fact, will NEVER use any product or vote for any candidate who might be named right here:

Ever been there TR? I've been to many a beach, east & west coast. Ocracoke is home to me. In fact, OBX was rated top beach in the U.S. for 07. The locals have mixed feelings about it. Ocracoke was Blackbeard's Island and it originated with the survivors of his ship. A very pagan community. Real people. They need to pt a fence up there to keep out the rotten corporations, but Ocracoke is a protected wildlife reserve.

I was in Nags Head, Rodanthe and Cape Hatteras over Easter. So yes, I have been there.
It was truly lovely, but for the snow.

The GOP have bashed immigrants for decades to win votes and bashed the Democrats as being weak on immigration.
