I received a question about donations to the site and I thought I'd address the issue here.

The site is not in a financial bind and donations right now are not necessary. Furthermore, donations will never be a requirement for site participation. But for those of you interested in making a contribution to offset the costs of running the website, I've added a FAQ section which outlines the financial information regarding the site and ways in which you can donate.
