Thread: Alcohol has benefits??

It's not just wine that protects the heart. All alcohol has cardiac benefits? That is what I heard on the news :!:

yep thats true. when my mom had her heart attack when i was a kid her doctor told her she should have a glass of wine a night cause it suppost to be good for your heart.

I had always heard of taking a baby aspirin a day would help your heart tremendously but I had never heard that alcohol could have major benefits like that. Its news to me :!:

well, if you drink small amounts, like maybe one glass of wine a day, after dinner... 8)
