I ran across this and just want to put it to the test. The Citizens' Health Care Working Group, established by Congress in 2005 to assess and solve America's health care crisis, offered interim recommendations in 2006 and accepted comments from individuals and organizations, then published final recommendations (also in 2006). The American Medical Association responded to the interim recommendations with a comment (http://www.citizenshealthcare.gov/re...s/orgs/ama.pdf) and attached proposal (http://www.citizenshealthcare.gov/re...ma_ehi0705.pdf).
