From what I see, I think everyone here is confused as to what everyone else is talking about. So, if we cant get back on topic, this thread too will be locked for the safety of everyones feelings.

I don't think -- at this point -- that anyone is after dominance, but I do think that all countries would like a slice of the economic pie according to their needs, population, etc.
