Ayatollah Khamenei issued a fatwa forbidding the production, stockpiling and use of nuclear weapons That's what it was supposed to say I forgot about the max letters.
Sounds interesting don't it. It says that he issued it in 2005. In the least it's interesting.

Importantly, the Supreme Leader controls the Iranian military and the nuclear program of Iran, not the President of the country, Mr. Ahmadinejad.
