Thread: When will the US realize they've won in Iraq?

The war is over. Hussein is dead and they have a democratically elected government. What more does this country need? These people have been fighting for 1,500 years, it's not going to stop now. Why police a fight between Shia's and Sunni's?

No, we must stay there to keep the peace. To keep an eye on iran and syria, keep those bastards in line. If we leave they will take over iraq and it will be hell.

We haven't won because we're still there. If we'd have won, and all benchmarks were met. My cousin Tom would be sitting on my couch watching highlights from last week's 49er game.

Only Tommy is NOT FUCKING HERE! So we haven't won...yet!!! Or they'd be home!
