Well your inference is wrong. I came to the fact that it was unfair because he was charged with only a minority of his war crimes, among other things.

So you wanted him found guilty of 400 counts of genocide before he could be executed. that is not how they conduct justice in Iraq. They are a sovereign nation and can conduct court as they see fit. Who are you to denounce this countrie's system as unfair?
