Thread: Reasons arabs dislike/distrust west and are pissed.

Alot of people resort to terrorisim because most are thinking un rational and are emotional like when u see someone kill ur son infront of u than u kill them.

Why?

Simply History repeats it’s self.

1.) The Western governments have shown them selves to only care for money and there own personal greed and shown that they are not trust worthy.
2.) Americans say they are defending there way of life yet attack others than when Iraqis defend there way of life they are terrorists.
3.) Westernization; forcing other countries to our way of life.
E.X: Libya and other countries were pressured by the US to open trades and allow alcohol when its banned cause of the Muslims.
-forcing the Native Americans to become alcoholics
-Indians are still, most of them, are addicted to alcohol and drugs.
4.) Most Arab countries or allot of Latin and other ones are dependent upon the US and hate it.
5.) Rulers put in place by foreign governments.
6.) Fight for homeland
7.) A lot of them feel fighting is the only way they can protect them selves.
8.) Stupid American troops doing dumb and over zealous things like torture murder and rape.
-Searching women, raping women, humiliating men and women, torturing children, anal rape of men.
9.) Reason for terrorism(guerilla warfare)
-Effective
-Have little to no money
-Not rational
-Emotional
10. )Muslims and Arabs persecuted
-Arabs and Muslims are persecuted in there own countries
-Government will soon arrest a guy with a beard rather than a drug dealer cause he might be a radical
11.)Globalization
-Arabs want there own countries and do not want others to be there in there land
-America wants a free market to sell anything and everything and exploit others
Example:
America invades Iraq and than says they are there to protect people
a.)They than start drilling for oil and assuring there oil and putting in a new government
b.)Put more troops on oil fields than anywhere else
WAIT WTF?
They have troops on oil fields protecting investments instead of killing murderes or arresting terrorists or zealous soldiers?

Some of the things mentioned in there are absurd. THis isn't the Taleban we're talking, it's the US Army, for God's sake. Even though I am not an American, I know that American soldiers do NOT go around raping women. These accusations are baseless.

Where were your accusations before 9/11? What about the plight of the muslim women who are treated like dirt? Mate, the Arabs just need to grow up and let the world know that they are forward-thinking and rational people.

For starters, they should strengthen the Arab League into a regional force and not use it to rant and rave about Israel and it's Palestinean conflict. Israel IS a regional power in the ME and citing that we are to take note of that, they are to forget their age-old differences and live with the Jews for a better future.

The point is that if it weren't for outside intervention, the Arabs would have killed and tortured their own people.

Cortez, of Barstow, Calif., pleaded guilty this week to four counts of felony murder, rape and conspiracy to rape in a case considered among the worst atrocities by U.S. military personnel in Iraq. In his plea agreement, he said he conspired with three other soldiers from the Fort Campbell-based 101st Airborne Division to rape 14-year-old Abeer Qassim al-Janabi.

Maybe depending which part of the US it was done in. Some child molestors get life, others get a slap on the wrist. The US is rather wishy washy with it's laws and enforcement of them. This guy got a 100 year sentence but is eligible for parole in 10....yeah that just makes a whole hell of a lot of sense.

It depends on what state it occured in.

The crime was rape and murder, so if it would have occured in a state with the Death Penalty, then he'd probably be sitting on Death Row now.

Muslim radicals and fundamentalists should just get a life! I know that sounds facetious but it is so true.

Considering the political knowledge of westerners and the fact that media outlets are 10 billion times larger in the west and people still know jack shit about world affairs, politics, etc. I have a difficult time believing the hatred of westerners from arabs has to do with political/governmental behavior. If we know jack with all the available outlets given to us, I highly doubt they know much more, so I just cannot buy that as an excuse. It's a cop out.
