The Anointed One said to Joe he wants to redistribute wealth, give the money to the Anointed One to give to those he decides should have it. Now while doing this redistribution of wealth he make more people dependent on the Anointed One (big government) and the more dependent people rely on big government the bigger big government gets. That's the Anointed One's plan, make as many people as possible dependent on big government.

right. a progressive tax system IS a redistribution of wealth. you're taxing people that make more, more than the people that make less. there are more poor people than rich people. thus you're taking a LOT from a few rich people, and redistributing it, to the vast number of poor people who have very little. even a flat tax is a redistribution of wealth. anytime one person gives up a lot of money, so that a lot of other people, people with less than that one person, can have more, its redistributing.
