Thread: Deval already asks for money..

Well as most people who don't live under a rock know, deval patrick won the race for governor here in MA... this is pretty bad for anyone who doesn't want to see your taxes raise and your money goto stupid ordininces and whatever the hell else he has "planned". another problem is now he's going to throw a bone to the teachers union for helping him win the election.. i HATE MA. politics, its so one sided its ridiculous.. people here voted for deval without even knowing or caring about the story behind him! they see the "D" next to his name and cast their vote!
so in the Boston Globe one of the articles talked about how Deval already is asking the legislature for 120 MILLION DOLLARS!! all going towards putting more cops on the street.. which probably wont even help MA's already horrible crime issues.. oh boy were in for a horrible four years with deval..

btw, does anyone else realize he's a failed attorney who was fired from coca cola? not that it REALLY matters, just a bit of info on the man.

A Dem backing the police?? That's so unlike them.

^^^^ in MA the dem's are clearly trying to get people to think they are really into public safety, but i think thats a load of BS.. realistically, they want to just get people on their side.
