However, added to this figure of 22 would be at least 18 other countries which were on the receiving end of bombing during the two World Wars, such as Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Hungary, Italy, Tunisia, Greece, Austria, Romania, Japan, Thailand, Nauru, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, the Marshall Islands, Singapore, and the Phillipines.
So in total there have been at least 40 countries.

Don't hate us for it, I know we have a lot of catching up to do but remember your history goes a lot further back than ours. Until we catch up, I concede that your country is superior to ours with regard to the imposition of will throughout the history of mankind.

Good stuff with the bombing though, most are middle east and considerably smaller than yourself.............. Excepting china hahahaha!!!!! But also Bush is cowardly in that he wont stand up to Korea, Venezuala(yay!), china, iran etc....... He needs to get some balls. Hope we don't have to be at war with each other Sparta, i'm offering the proverbial olive branch here........i would hate for you to turn it down.........................................

Your post has little to do with Bush and everything to do with the history of US warfare. I don't have a problem with someone who doesnt like Bush, I'm not claiming he's one of our best presidents, I'm not even claiming he knows what he's doing. Start a thread putting the smack down on Bush and you probably wouldnt even see me on it.

The majority of your posts so far have been broadly condemning American culture and as I see it, a bit hypocrytical. You've named every country the US has bombed in the last 61yrs, you even included countries that the UK was bombing at the same time and or bombed before us. You pointed out that we bombed Cuba and didnt mention that they were importing nukes with the specific intent of targeting the US. You included Somolia where the US was on a humanitarian mission to distribute food, and did not drop any bombs. I can't even believe you included the Marshall Islands, honestly I don't even know what to say about that.

I don't really need an 'olive branch' from you, if you put up topics I'll coment based on the legitimacy of your post. Put up one like this and I'll go after you, put up one that I agree with and I'll agree with you. You really are going to need to change the way you choose to make your points if you want credibility from me. If you don't like bombing as a strategy say so, but don't put up a post that insinuates the US has a patent on the practice.

Well, I was there, and didnt see any bombs. I can't seem to find information on US bombing in Somalia, show me and I'll say I'm wrong. We were still there to distribute food to starving people, NATO forces were there too, it's the fact you leave this information out that makes your post one-sided.
