Except for the fact that he has the tendencies of a dictator...

I think tendancies is abit light on him. I think he has dictator tendancies in the same way Elton John has gay tendencies.

He's a flamming dictator is what I'm saying. Or at least he aims to be.

I like that he thumbs his nose at the bigwigs too and works towards a much MUCH needed South American common economic front... but if there are any clear lessons of history it's that tollerating evil to fight a bigger evil doesn't diminish evil, it compounds it.
