Some People On The Nets Have Pointed This Out

During his speech Friday in which the President argued for the gutting of the Geneva convention and the legal classification of torture, Bush made a strange comment about explosives and their placement in U.S. buildings. Was this a tacit admission of 9/11 controlled demolition?

Here's the quote in full from the White House website.

"For example, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed described the design of planned attacks of buildings inside the U.S. and how operatives were directed to carry them out."

"That is valuable information for those of us who have the responsibility to protect the American people. He told us the operatives had been instructed to ensure that the explosives went off at a high -- a point that was high enough to prevent people trapped above from escaping."

    A) Where could he be referring to (except the world trade center), that would be a likely target for the terrorists?
    B) Hasn't Khalid Sheik Mohhamed been in custody for 5 years now....meaning that his intel is old....so thus meaning we aren't really safer now...?
    C) ITs not like this is new information, that if you want to kill people this is the easiest way to do it. So why act as if it is?

What am I missing that you arent? How long did the attack on the WTC take to plan? How much more information does Bush have, I'm sure he didnt spill all the beans. Not much to go by as far as I can tell.

I think he was supposed to say "explosions". He never has been a great speech reader.

Why do I not find the Bush speech surprising yet alone alarming?
