What stuck out for me was that Hillary has the highest marks thus far but has remained out of the spotlight for the most part.
Go have some fun, try to find GWB's report card.
You won't find it because he was not under the scrutiny that Obama is under.
Maybe instead of his 2nd 100 days report card, you can find how many days of vacation he took in 2001.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus." ~ Galatians 3:28
I don't think its all that easy to judge his second hundred days. Obama is a like him or hate him kind of guy. He was given too much slack for his first hundered and will most likely be given too little for his second.
While I can't personally stand him, I don't know that I can be even slightly objective in judging his performance at the moment. But such things are generally irrelevant until the real effects of what he's doing are actually known, and that will likely take months or years.
Hillary has kept her nose clean and didn't make any stoopid comments for the press to exploit in partisan fashion. I think the Obama C+ grade simply reflects the same data we see in all of the job approval polls that go that deep. Around 38% of Americans consider themselves Conservative, and about 18% cconsider themselves Liberal. Unfortunatly, the C+ did not come from most people voting for C+. It's the ignoramuses who voted F and A who are the problem in this country. That should be a clear indication of how much blame I put for the shape of the country on Americans themselves
A C+ is a good grade considering how "F"'d up the country is and the opposition he's faced.
"Leave the matter of religion to the family altar, the church, and the private school, supported entirely by private contributions. Keep the church and state forever separate."........Ulysses S Grant.
"The Fox News channel is heavilly outnumbered by the forces of evil in the media".......Bill O'Reilly 1/13/11.

It's not a vote of what shape the country is, it is a vote of how he has responded to it and how he has managed his job. The C+ is about right, he's done just OK in foreign policy and terrible in domestic policy and his executives skills are being expose to be as lacking as was warned about.

am i the only one that thinks "grading" the president every 100 days is juvenile and pointless?

Probably.
I think after Bush if you don't stay on top of your president's ability to lead, then its us that are the problem.
Right. Left. Right. Left. I will rape your personality. Pummel you with my own philosophy. Strip you of your self-integrity. To make you all just a bit like me. I said right, left.
