Thread: International property Maintenance Code

Key word being international, this is a master plan with a blank form for a homeowners association, city, county, township, state or any governing body really. This thing almost makes emminent domain look good. With emminent domain, you get the price of your home, or at least they say you do. With this thing you get nothing. This is like emminent domain on steroids.

I just started to look through this thing so I don't know all what it's about yet, but so far, wow!

Read section 106.3. It says that if you fail to comply with a notice of violation or order served in accordance with section 107, you shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and the violation shall be deemed a strict liability offense. A misdemeanor! Did you get that?

It goes on to say that if the "notice is not complied with, the code official will institute the appropriate proceeding at law or in equity to restrain, correct or abate such violation, or to require the removal or termination of the unlawful occupancy of the structure in violation of the provisions of this code or of the order or direction made pursuant to thereto. Any action taken by the authority having jurisdiction on such premises shall be charged against the real estate upon which the structure is located and shall be lien upon such real estate."

Section 106.4
"Any person who shall violate a provision of this code, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be prosecuted within the limits of state and local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense."

Section 106.5 is on abatement of violation.

102.6 basically says that Historic buildings need not bind themselves to the listed provisions.The pesky homeowner is the one who needs this.

107.5 is a real dandy.

Looks like anything other than "in good repair" is citable, and the building inspector is the final judge.

This is crazy stuff. I am willing to bet that ordinances have been passed in places throughout the country, and this filthy piece of garbage was used. So far it sounds alot like Agenda 21.

It all makes sense to me. As we lose our southern and northern border and enter into the SPP, eventually the FTAA, and ultimately the pereverse and ludicrous dream of being one big happy family as envisioned by the one worlders, we will need new codes which will span all of these areas and the regions within it. I was unable to attach the adobe file, but just google "International Property Maintenance Code". It is the first one.

I'm not overly surprised, the landmark case Kelo vs New London helped paved the way for such terrors. Not only did Pfizier take land from property owners withthe Government's blessing, but they got to charge the residents who fought for their homes who lost for 5 years of back rent for the time it was in litigation.

Seeing the structure of such a thing for international law etc, is a high crime against everyone.

Actually, this is very misleading. No state has set itself under "International codes". Many states have voted in their own laws in that also happen to be similar to ones seperately in these "international codes". These laws that ARE there are voted in by the people or the legislators, make sense to the respective states, and can not violate the US or state constitutions. The people who vote these laws in have never seen these "international codes", and therefore they have no bearing on their decisions.

NONE of the "property rights" codes you nambed above have been adopted by ANY state, not could they be, since they violate the constitution.

Sam, look up any laws that agree with any codes. You can see for yourself.

Source is law libraries and much experience with how laws are made and involvement in helping some of them to be made.

The codes are being used. Click on the map.

As I said, check the state law libraries for the origin of those laws, you will see they are unrelated to the similar codes.
