Impeachment NOW! WTF? Why hasn't this administration been jailed yet? I don't get it...Someone PLEASE explain it to me.

They are also, therefore, in violation of federal law, which back in 1996 adopted that convention as part of the U.S. criminal code."

For some reason that paticular statement doesnt come as a shock to me.

That is an interesting opinion column you posted, although it is not true. I read the ruling, and nowhere does it say that anyone is a war criminal, nor does it say that any laws have been broken. It only says that Bush will not have the power to hold captured combatants as war criminals any more, and must try them under us law. The main reason is because Congress never declared war.

The opinion columnist who wrote the article has quite the active imagination.
