So you are denying it as a matter of fact that the DOJ ruled waterboarding and EIT as was used it was legal. That is a key point to the whole issue and anyone who is ignorant of the facts should not be debating the topic or at least show the intiative to educate themselves in the matter.

You have yet to bother and look for yourself? Why should I expect you to believe my sources, go get look it up yourself, try "Panetta waterboarding worked" and let me know what you get.

1. A DOJ "Opinion" is just that....an opinion....not law.
2. The DOJ is part of the Executive Branch & worked directly for GW Bush.
3. Bush got a lackey from the DOJ to torture logic & the law to write an opinion that he (Bush) wanted.

I've explained this to you. You claim to be an expert on ww2. The Eastern Front and German treatment of Russian prisoners is a major chapter in that war's history. You are disingenuous on purpose(same as a lie) to pretend torture never works and merely results in the prisoner becoming more uncooperative. You know for a fact that torture was used on a massive scale during that entire invasion and withdrawl from Russia during ww2 and many of those tortured gave up others and vital information leading to thousands if not millions of Russian civilian dead. You know Russian prisoners and soldiers were tortured, killed and/or sent to concerntration camps by the millions. You cannot admit you're wrong here 505 and I think you do so putting into peril any integrity you have, this is an absolutely ridiculous argument comoing from you. Bush never declared Mission Accomplished, rather explained right to you that we'd be there doing hard work and we would only then leave a free Iraq. Secondly, I've showed you that some of the Bush policies led to capturing/killing Bin Laden. So, I did respond informing you that your statements here were colossal errors and revealed utter cluelessness on your part regarding the issues.
