Authorities are blaming a potent form heroin for at least one death and more than 23 overdoses over the weekend.

Scary stuff, there. I hope they can get this under control and no one else gets harmed, but where you have users of drugs, you have those people who want to make money off them. It's sad.

Drugs are going to get in. Have you heard of planes? Securing the borders won't help. Looks to me like you folks need to beef up your police department and be sure they have the proper training to deal with it. We did that, it worked. What's up with you all there?
