"At this very minute, the people who are in charge of the government of the United States of America believe that no rules apply to them. They believe that religion can be used to control society and that human rights do not apply to them. They do not have to follow the laws that all other citizens must respect, and they openly believe that evil is acceptable if deemed necessary to achieve their goals.
Add to the mix the extraordinary power now in the hands of people with decades of experience in subverting the law and the democratic process, and in conducting massive criminal conspiracies from inside the government.
Put it all together and you have an administration operating at the greatest levels of secrecy of any government in history, and run by people whose goals and beliefs have never been explained to the public whose interests they are supposedly serving.

I have yet to come across a Bush supporter who is aware of the underlying philosophy of the Neocons who direct the policies of the current administration. I have yet to meet one supporter who has any clue as to the extent that our democracy and Constitution have been compromised by these powerful and ruthless ideologues.For your own sake, wake up before they take us all into their distorted fantasy world of military global domination. Or, sit back and watch the end of the world as we know it. It’s your choice. Go for it".

i know that the current administration has its faults. but it has a good side too. but... the good side to bad side ratio = 1:23 or so... rough estimation. but no administration will have a 24:0 ratio here. not in the current state that we are in.

Our Empire's administration MAKES every "ally" administration have a bad side...

Ok here is what I found and my questions about American Government as it is today.

Spends for pork barrel projects.

Spends for foriegn aid.

Has a deficit and saying social security will go bust.

Had a social security surplus a few years ago when they were saying social security will go bust before and after that.

Take the money from the poorest to pay for the above things.

No FICA is charged to any making over 100k.

Took away the peoples vote with the electoral vote.

Invades the privacy of everyones homes and lives.

If social security is going bust. Then why did they have socil security take over medicine payment from the individual states?

Each presidential nominee makes the same promises then undoes any and all of what they do keep. Even though the vote is a farce anyway why do they bother with any campiegn?

Bush has made how many States of Address speaches? (Good song and dance man)Strange nobody is buying it any more yet he persists.

I don't like or want to live in any Muslim countries. Yet I do not agree with using them as a diversion. Instead of stealing thier oil wells. Why have they not come up with new and more alternative fuel?

I think that the people who died for freedom of such things would be tuning over in thier graves now. I should go take a look to see.

Oh and why is our military in all those countries (150-172) at all? Sense when did the US start sticking our noses into other countries affairs? Let them take care of thier own!

Well Jane, it all began when we forced open Japan...by the way, the Iraq tactic was used against both Mexico and Spain. George Washington advised against this type of foreign nonsense and has turned over several times according to reliable reports.

actually takes money from everyone in the form of taxes. and they have a very good tax bracket system now so that the highest income citizens are paying far more than everyone else. even thought the vast majority doesn't make the highest 2 income brackets, the highest 2 brackets overwhelmingly make up the difference in the higher percentage they pay on taxable income.

While on the whole tax issue, because this is kind of relevant, I still don't know why America hasn't set up an NHS-style service. Ask anyone in the street in the UK and we all think the whole health insurance deal is ridiculous, considering the USA is supposed to be the working man's haven.
